The swimming pool at La Batterie is located in the gardens of the property.  The pool itself is surrounded by a variety of tropical palms, fragrant flowers and mango trees which provide a shaded area for a break from the sun also while allowing for maximum privacy.  The pool itself is approximately 40 feet long and 12 feet wide with a depth of 7 feet at the deepest point.  The deck is made from hand cut slate and the pool has been tiled with beautiful translucent blue glass tile, which adds an extra shimmer when it catches the rays of the sun.  There is a waterfall and a small plunge pool above the main pool, perfect for cooling down after sun bathing.  There is also a small beach area at the end of the pool, perfect for sunbathing while staying cool.  At night the pool is lit by LED color changing lights, perfect for that late night dip, the colors can change automatically or be set at one specific color.
